“Death is huge to me. There is no getting around it. It is bigger than any thing or idea and twice the size of life. Every action of every animal and human is indirectly controlled by death. They spend their whole lives trying not to die. They can only enjoy a pathetic fraction of the physical world because of the limitations that death imposes upon space and time. Religions arose to justify death by hyping the hereafter. Death is the ultimate limit but can also serve as the ultimate motivation.”
